First-time access:

Visit our website, upstatebank.com and select our Online Banking page, or visit the App Store or Google Play and download the new “Upstate National Bank” mobile banking app.
Enter the username (formerly known as Netteller ID) you previously established, or if new, enter the username provided by Upstate National Bank.
In the password field, enter your password, or if new, enter the temporary password that was provided to you by Upstate National Bank.
Establish two-factor authentication to safeguard your account. A code will be delivered by text to your mobile phone, or you have authentication application options as well. Ensure that you have access to this phone while you are completing this process. This code may not be delivered to an email address.
